Pet Terms of Agreement

Applies to this booking only

The guest has been granted permission to bring one pet to the property as agreed in writing, subject to the following conditions:

  1. Pet Deposit
    A refundable pet deposit of £300 has been added to the booking. This will be refunded within 3–5 working days following a satisfactory property inspection after check-out.

  2. Pet Behaviour & Supervision
    The dog must be well-behaved, supervised at all times, and must not cause excessive noise, including persistent barking or disturbance to neighbours.

  3. Damage & Cleaning
    Any damage caused by the dog including but not limited to scratching, chewing, biting, staining or soiling of furniture, carpets, doors, walls, or garden areas, will be chargeable in full.
    Additional cleaning or odour removal required due to the dog will also be deducted from the deposit.

  4. Fouling & Waste Disposal
    All dog waste must be cleaned up immediately and disposed of in the appropriate outdoor dog waste bins, not in any household bins inside the property or garden.
    Failure to remove garden waste will incur additional cleaning charges.

  5. Furniture & Beds
    The dog must be kept off all beds and furniture at all times.
    Any evidence of pets on beds, bedding, or furniture will result in additional cleaning charges.

  6. Indoor Hygiene
    The dog must not urinate or defecate inside the property.
    Any incident of indoor soiling will result in professional cleaning charges.

  7. Restricted Areas
    Pets are not permitted in bedrooms.
    Dogs must not be left unattended inside the property at any time.

  8. Garden & Exterior
    The dog must not dig or cause damage to the garden, plants, or exterior fixtures.
    Guests are responsible for ensuring the dog does not escape or disturb neighbours’ animals.

  9. Liability
    Guests are fully liable for any damage, disturbance, or costs arising from the dog’s presence during the stay.
